Metail developed EcoShot, a tool that enables 3D CAD users to visualize designs on real-life models without physical samples. EcoShot is now operated by Tronog, which complements it with AI-generated models.

Metail's Machine-Learning Advanced Motion Analytics (MAMA) tracks sewing line worker activities to improve factory efficiency. The Metail-Avatar-System (MAS) creates accurate 3D body scans from two smartphone photos, powering Size Stream's mobile apps including Formcut (made-to-measure shirts) and MeThreeSixty (weight-loss visualization).

Early experiments with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) explored making MetaHumans more realistic without deep 3D graphics expertise.
