Payment Data
When You purchase a paid service on Toolbit such as a Submit Tool, Get Featured, Guest Post listing, or Update Tool, We collect billing information necessary to process Your payment, including Your name, email address, and transaction details (order ID, amount, and service purchased).
Full payment card information is collected and processed directly by Our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and is not stored on Toolbit's own servers.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
Information from Third-Party Services

If You subscribe, to send You the Toolbit newsletter, including news, updates and special offers about related services. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any newsletter email.

- With Service Providers - including Our third-party payment processor to complete transactions, and other providers who help Us monitor and analyze the use of Our Service or contact You on Our behalf. Our current Service Providers include:
- Supabase - database, user accounts and authentication.
- Dodo Payments - payment processing. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for Our paid services and processes Your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Google - sign-in with Google, if You choose to use it.
- Cloudflare - website hosting, content delivery, security, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on Our forms.
- Hostinger - delivery of emails such as account, order and submission notifications.
- For Business Transfers - As described under Business Transactions in Section 8 below.
- With Other Users - Reviews, ratings, upvotes, and Guest Post articles You submit are publicly visible on the Service and may be attributed to Your account or name. Any other information You choose to share publicly may be viewed or distributed by all users.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
Transaction and payment records are retained for as long as necessary to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
