Riff is an AI agent platform for manufacturers. It provides pre-built agent teams for procurement and related processes, and allows teams to build their own agents. The agents run on top of and across existing core enterprise systems like ERPs. Riff connects to systems of record such as ERP, CRM, Outlook, and SharePoint. Agents have their own email inbox and can communicate via Slack or Teams. The platform includes deterministic tools for routine work and an LLM for judgment calls. Riff is built to pass IT reviews with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR-readiness, and enterprise readiness. Deployment can be managed SaaS in EU regions or dedicated single-tenant, with on-prem ERP connections through the Riff gateway. Agents ship behind SSO with staged environments and one-click rollback.
