Mayday

Mayday is an AI-powered scheduling co-pilot that combines a calendar, to-do list, and scheduling assistant into one platform. It uses AI to help users organize, protect, and manage their time by automatically scheduling events and tasks based on priorities and patterns. Mayday learns scheduling preferences to suggest ideal meeting and task times, offers automatic rescheduling when plans change, and provides AI-driven scheduling links to protect free time. The platform includes features such as Time Windows for availability control, Smart Tags for automation, Buffer Time for breaks, and calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365.
