It provides a free and flexible AI application display space (Studios) for building and demonstrating AI applications. The platform includes tools such as ModelScope library for efficient model inference and fine-tuning, EvalScope for evaluation and benchmarking, Swift for training and inference, and ModelScope-Agent for building agent frameworks. Founded in June 2022 by the Institute for Intelligent Computing, ModelScope aims to bring the concept of Model-as-a-Service to life and foster a prosperous AI ecosystem through open-source collaboration. It partners with prestigious institutes and industry leaders to support model development and deployment across various domains including computer vision, natural language processing, speech, multimodal, and scientific computing.
