Based on the subscriber's history and a retention policy written in plain English, Hoop offers the most relevant fix—such as a pause, swap, or discount—and applies the accepted change directly to the billing tool. Every interaction produces structured data: reason, offer, outcome, and subscription value. This allows brands to track save rate, top cancellation reasons, offer performance by segment, and MRR retained.
